To ensure this policy is adhered to, the policy forms part of the Integrated Management System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2015.

The Groups Quality Objectives are:

  • We will ensure that customer and supplier requirements and expectations are fully understood, standards are created, and service delivery is continually monitored against these standards.
  • Ensure that our products and services conform to applicable standards and regulations.
  • We will consistently meet requirements by monitoring, measuring and reporting quality performance and adoption of best practice.
  • We will continually review and monitor all aspects of operations to identify opportunities for implementing continual improvement.
  • The Senior Leadership Team will review data from customers, internal processes, finance, and business to make sure that we meet our business goals every quarter.
  • Regularly review and assess our performance to identify areas for improvement and development needs.
  • We will conduct its business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Communicate our commitment to quality to all employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Quality policy objectives can only be achieved by the participation and commitment at everyone at Revolvex Group. All members working with and for Revolvex Group will receive full support to ensure the policy is understood, implemented, effective and maintained.

This policy is part of the Integrated Management System and is controlled, audited and reviewed annually.
