Genuine Solutions has an opening for a Warehouse Operative to come and join our team. As the engine room of Genuine Solutions our warehouse is of paramount importance and each person and role contributes to our success.

Our Warehouse Operatives are key to ensuring the success of our customer experience with a focus on processing inbound goods. As much as this role operates as part of a larger team, the role can be very fast paced and demanding and acute attention to detail is a necessity and so working alone at time will be required. Expert attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused on the job at hand are all essential skills that will make you successful in this role. You will be on your feet all day with this role so maintaining positivity throughout the day is essential!

Our business is responsible for handling high volume of products on a weekly basis, the types of products you can expect to be processing include but are not limited to; Cables / Docking stations / Speakers / Phone cases / Accessory packs / Smart watches / Drones.

    Sales account manager

    As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with team members on business strategy and upsell our services to achieve business objectives.

    You will be target driven and always strive to meet and exceed the KPIs’ set by the business. This role brings together the recovery and sales aspects for the business, supporting the dynamic and versatile skill set that you will deliver to ensure success.

    Roles + responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track your account KPI’s with the use of CRM
    • Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
    • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
    • Keep records of client transactions via CRM
    • The ability to build a product range for your clients, maintaining and increasing the opportunity upon regular review

    Requirements

    • Proven account management or other relevant experience
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
    • Experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
    • Proven ability to manage multiple customers at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
    • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
    • 5+ years sales experience
