Working alongside and reporting into the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be involved in a whole host of organisational duties, projects, and events on behalf of the CEO. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our organisational calendar is seamlessly created and executed.
This is everything from coordinating the weekly Senior Leadership Team and monthly Executive Board meetings, to executing the social, charity and external events throughout the year including the Summer party, Christmas party, award ceremonies, all staff conferences etc.
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with team members on business strategy and upsell our services to achieve business objectives.
You will generate leads to maintain a great pipeline of potential business while creating propositions that supports sustainable profitable revenue and long-term relationships.
