Kamil Finowski

Head of Sales - Europe

Kamil’s journey with Genuine Solutions started back in 2007 when he joined rapidly growing business as Warehouse Manager to support both goods inwards and goods onwards and managed team of 15 warehouse operatives.

Although he really enjoyed the role his passion was Sales where in 2008, Kamil joined the Sales Team as International Sales Manager. His passion and determination moved Kamil to the next level where he grew European markets with huge success in new business and customer penetration.

In 2016, Genuine Solutions created Sales Team Leader (STL) programme where Kamil was appointed as one on the team leaders leading a team of 5, focusing on growth of EU markets. Kamil and his team expanded sales in EU countries and surpassing all sales KPI expectations set by the business.

In 2019, as a progression from the STL programme, Kamil was appointed as the Head of Sales for Europe, focusing on further increasing the international sales channel.

Kamil is driven, highly motivated team player who loves sport, travelling, meeting new people and cultures.
