Neil Evans
Head of Operations
In 2017, Neil Evans and his family immigrated from the sunny plains of South Africa to begin a new adventure in the UK, settling in Surrey. This is when Neil’s journey with Genuine Solutions began, joining the team as Data Technology Manager, overseeing all of the businesses IT and data functions. Neil boasts of over 20 years’ experience within IT, initially starting out in the technical support field in 2001, where he ended up running a successful IT support team. In 2011, he moved into the corporate world where he led the technical team for one of South Africa’s biggest construction organisations.
Neil believes in working with people, whether it is supporting them, or collaborating with the other teams and departments. He has completed over 25 IT and business courses, from technical certifications to project management to business management. He uses this knowledge to help drive the business into the future.
Neil is also the Data Technology officer for Genuine Solutions and has a big focus not only on protecting the company’s data but training the staff on data handling.
