Neil robinson

Neil is a family man and is happily married with 2 daughters, who have now grown up and flown the nest. In his spare time Neil likes to spend quality time with his wife, socialising with friends and watching football.

Neil boasts of 25 years of experience managing teams within a variety of industries including telecoms, IT repairs and waste management. Neil is WAMITAB Level 4 ‘Medium Risk Operator Competence for Physical Treatment’ certified and has completed a magnitude of courses such as dangerous goods (the safe transportation of lithium batteries), first aid at work, fire marshal training and spillage management.

Neil joined Genuine Solutions in 2016, before taking some time out for a few months only to return in 2020 as Operations Manager, his role covers a variety of areas within the business including Environmental, Facilities, Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety. Neils experience and leadership skills coupled with his dedication and desire to ‘do things right’ ensure that Genuine Solutions is fully compliant with all operational legislations.

Neil is an extremely passionate and energetic individual, taking great pride in his work and thrives on achieving goals for the benefit of the business. He lives and breathes the company values and will regularly go above and beyond to ensure Genuine Solutions continually improve. Neil is a firm believer in teamwork and is a great leader who motivates, mentors and supports his teams.
