Sabrina Willabus
HR + People Director
Sabrina is an experienced HR Professional with a demonstrated work history within the Private, Public and Third sectors. Her professional experiences have led her to develop a range of competencies within human resources and organisational development sphere. This includes experience in strategic planning, succession planning, recruitment, employee relations, employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organisational development, change management, reward and recognition and training. Along with this experience, Sabrina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
Sabrina joined Genuine Solutions in June 2019 as Director of Human Resources and People and provides strategic business partnering to the Senior Leadership team and has overall responsibility for employee relations, reward, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion strategies, payroll and other people relation matters.
Sabrina moved to the business to bring together her passion for people and technology. She has a particular interest in employee engagement and development of organisational talent to deliver a fantastic service to internal and external customers and clients. Among her many achievements, Sabrina has successfully led Genuine Solutions to achieve Investors In People Gold accreditation.
Sabrina previously worked as HR Director for HR Provider, where her focus was partnering with small, medium and large companies, supporting them to achieve business success. Other companies she worked for include Providence Row Housing Association, RAPt, Save the Children International and Dawson Holdings Group.
Along with her day job at Genuine Solutions, she serves as a board member of Carers Support Merton and a Mentor for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development Steps Ahead Programme for several years.
Sabrina is very family focused and enjoys connecting and spending time with family and close friends, frequently holidaying in New York, Florida, Atlanta, Antigua, Barbados and her country of birth Guyana. She also enjoys short breaks in the Europe where she loves exploring the culture and food on offer. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes.
