As a group we strive to continuously improve the health, safety and welfare of the company and employees.

In accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995, the Group has instituted a system for reporting accidents, diseases and dangerous occurrences to the Health & Safety Executive. The Group will comply with its statutory and common law duties towards all persons working with and for the companies:

• Establish and maintain effective health and safety management systems.
• Provide necessary resources and support to implement health and safety initiatives.
• The plant equipment and systems used at work are kept in good condition and do not pose any health or safety hazards and a work environment that is safe.
• Ensure the safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances.
• Provide such information, instruction, training and supervision as may be necessary to ensure the health and safety at work of its employees and sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Promptly investigate and address all accidents, incidents, and near misses to prevent recurrence and take appropriate preventative and protective measures.
• Appoint competent personnel to secure compliance with statutory duties and undertake reviews of the policy as necessary.
• Continuously review and improve our health and safety performance to meet evolving requirements and best practices.

Every employee is expected to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and anybody else who may be affected by their acts, and to co-operate with the company in complying with any statutory provisions imposed on them regarding health and safety welfare.

The Health and Safety policy objectives can only be achieved by the participation and commitment at everyone at Genuine Solutions. All members working with and for Revolvex Group, Genuine Solutions or Relove Technology will receive full support to ensure the policy is understood, implemented, effective and maintained.

This policy is part of the Integrated Management System and is controlled, audited and reviewed annually.
