This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias of gender inequality, something Genuine Solutions has championed since the business was formed. We operate in a traditionally male-dominated sector but we’re committed to creating an environment of equal opportunity for all, regardless of gender, race or religion. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, and that’s just one of the things that makes us different.
A key mission of the International Women’s Day movement is to celebrate digital advancement and champion the women forging innovation through technology. As an employer in the technology sector, we take that responsibility seriously and we’re proud that over 47% of our current workforce are women, and we’re working towards making that figure even higher.
Part of our company ethos is #PlayYourPart which means we’re here to support and develop our staff throughout their career journey with us. But it also means we should be unafraid to challenge prejudice and inequality where we find it.
