An award only held by about 16% of ‘We invest in people’ accredited organisations.
Genuine Solutions joins such household names as Sainsbury’s and McDonalds in attaining this recognition for the way that it seeks to involve, communicate and develop its workforce.
Genuine Solutions has been an accredited employer with Investors in People since 2012. To achieve the gold accreditation means the company’s people and leaders take full ownership of the practices they have in place to support their people. The company is actively trying to ‘making work better’.
The IIP survey results show that Genuine Solutions performed above the average benchmark for all IIP accredited organisations and also in its sector, marking it out as an exceptional company to work for.
IIP went on to say “The whole team were engaged in defining the values and this shows in their allegiance to them. I was particularly struck by the passion shown by the team which aligns with the value of being energetic and the sense of fun which pervades the business. As was alluded to on several occasions you appreciate the need to work hard but you find time to play hard as well.”
